I have to say a big thank you to Annemarie from Nightnannies  (in my friends list) for your advice about Evie’s sleeping issues.

I have worked REALLY hard over the last few days, and she’s now self-settling for the first time in months. Today she went to bed awake and self-settled (with NO crying) all 3 sleeps. She slept an hour in the morning, TWO hours in the afternoon and went to bed without a fuss in the evening. I feel soooooo completely relieved. I can’t believe it.

I went into her room and checked her heaps of times during the 2 hour sleep - I just needed to know she was okay since it’s so unlike her.

She was sooo much happier playing in the evening. Usually by that time she’s cranky from the lack of sleep.
