Note to self:
When sewing, do not thread pins in the fabric of your jeans for convenience of not having to reach a pin cushion. Ignoring this advice will cause you to become a pin cushion.
ie. Upon forgetting the presence of the aforementioned pins, you will attempt to take off your jeans at some point. The pins will then become embedded in your leg to a depth of approximately 1/2 an inch. Removal of the pins will feel icky.

Oh no!! I’m not a sewer either but I’m sure I’ve done equally convenient things which have resulted in not such a good idea later.
